It began as a simple idea.
Create an intimate dining experience that
focused on distinctive, well-balanced meals made from
local, organically grown and raised products. In
its first year, under executive chef Jason Gulisano, the
Green Cup Cafe has become the place to dine in the Mad
River Valley. Wake up to our famous Green Cup egg
specialties or sample our freshly baked pastries.
Our lunch menu features delicious hot pressed
sandwiches, delightful salads and homemade soups.
And then there's dinner. Simply put, prepare to
savor every forkful. Our goal is to make each and
every meal a delightful experience.
